Product Description

To provide magnesium (Mg) and also sulphur (S) to plants by application to the roots (hydroponics, fertigation, drenching) or by foliar application (tractor or knapsack spraying)

Magnesium is an important plant nutrient and makes up part of the chlorophyll molecule. Plants deficient in Mg show interveinal yellowing on the older leaves first, with the yellowing progressing from the edge of the leaf inwards towards the centre.

Sulphur is associated with the formation of proteins and chlorophyll. S deficiency an overall pale yellowing of the new growth - is usually seen in newly emerged plants and often disappears as the roots develop.

Magnesium sulphate is usually supplied as Epsom Salts, which contain a lot of water-of-crystallisation. This form of magnesium sulphate contains no water, and so the nutrients are much more concentrated, making it easier to use, handle and store.

Application rates
